diaspora-installer for Debian

To update the package, do the following steps:
1. Update the diaspora_version variable in the file diaspora-common.conf.
2. Add a changelog entry for the new version.

The services are native systemd units. diaspora.service starts
diaspora-puma.service and diaspora-sidekiq.service:

  systemctl enable --now diaspora
  systemctl status diaspora diaspora-puma diaspora-sidekiq
  systemctl restart diaspora
  systemctl stop diaspora
