MAVProxy for Debian

Omitted Cesium module
---------------------

The optional Cesium visualization module (mavproxy_cesium, also known as
MAVCesium) is not included in the Debian package. The upstream release
archive contains an empty directory for this Git submodule rather than its
source code. The Debian packaging therefore skips it during the build.

The command "module load cesium" is not supported by this package. Other
map modules, including the standard "map" module, remain available with
their optional runtime dependencies.
