Differences from the upstream npm packages

* json-rpc-websocket does not ship the "./server" export.  It is the
  Node-side server helper; building it needs @types/node and @types/ws, and
  neither is in the archive.  Nothing in the archive uses it — monaco-editor
  bundles the browser side only.

* The packages are published as ES modules and declare no CommonJS entry, so
  require("@hediet/json-rpc") does not work; this is upstream's choice and the
  npm packages behave the same.  They are consumed by bundlers.
