node-svgr (8.1.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Run the upstream jest suite in autopkgtest, and add a test that exercises
    the installed @svgr/* packages, instead of a placeholder that only checked
    that package.json exists.
  * Port the test suite to Babel 8: drop the removed "loose" option of
    @babel/preset-env and alias transformSync.  None of the patched files are
    shipped, so the build is unchanged.
  * Also port the rollup plugin, which called the same removed synchronous
    createConfigItem() at module load time and therefore threw on require().
    autopkgtest now bundles an svg through it.
