python-mhctools (1.5.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Initial release (Closes: #1149901).
  * Use mhcgnomes for allele parsing and load MHCflurry on demand.
  * Add offline unit tests, autopkgtests, and a command-line manual page.
  * Port offline tests to native assertions and drop the unavailable nose
    build and autopkgtest dependency.
