python-webrtc-noise-gain (1.3.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Support additional architectures in setup.py by deriving endianness and
    word size from Python and using the generic non-SIMD build path when no
    architecture-specific optimisations are available.
  * Handle big-endian WAV headers and sample data for s390x.
  * Update to debhelper compatibility level 14.
  * Add dh-sequence-single-binary.
  * Remove debhelper compat 14 auto-applied substvars.
  * Prefix debhelper files with the binary package name.
